* The activities shall not interfere with the schooling of the minor and provision for education equivalent to full-time school attendance in the public schools for minors under 16 years of age and part-time attendance for minors 16 to 18 years of age shall be made for those minors who are not high school graduates.
* A parent or guardian shall accompany each minor under 16 years of age at all rehearsals, appearances and performances.
